About

Ronald Yasona is the owner and Senior Care Consultant for Elder Care Friendly Referrals. He has been serving the senior community since 2004. Upon graduating from Cal State Dominguez Hills, Carson, CA in 2003 with a Bachelors of Science in Human Services, he worked as a Discharged Planner/Social Worker at Little Company of Mary Hospital, Torrance, CA. It was there he discovered his “calling” to serve the senior community.

Ron's career continued as a social worker working for a private medical group for 12 years. In 2006, Ron opened his own family business “Golden Heart Board and Care,” as a starting point for his desire to help the elderly. He is also a Senior Advocate for the City of Carson helping the underserved population with limited resources. In 2010, Ron’s passion and dedication for the elderly motivated him to pursue a Masters in Health Care Administration specializing in Gerontology.

I find it rewarding to witness the seniors fulfilled and happy to live a better life as simple as keeping their independence at home and function to their fullest.

Elder Care Friendly Referrals was formed with one mission and that is to provide quality of service at its finest. Ron’s goal is to reach out and help as many elderly people in need as he can.

I believe that seniors and elderly people deserve to have the best at their late years.
